As part of my training with The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) as a professional sound therapist, I am currently offering Soundbaths for Relaxation and Soundbaths with Reflections in my studio
Relaxation Soundbath
A Relaxation Soundbath is designed to support deep physical and mental rest through sound, vibration and frequency. You are invited to lie down, close your eyes and allow Himalayan bowls, gong, crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion to guide the body into a calmer state.
Soundbath with Reflection
In a Soundbath with Reflection you will be invited to choose a theme or issue you would like to bring into the session, such as sleeping difficulties, agitation, emotional blocks, low mood, stress, mental tension or feeling creatively stuck.
Sound, vibration and harmonics are used to support relaxation and altered states of consciousness. In this more receptive state, the usual activity of the thinking mind can soften, allowing greater access to self-awareness, emotional insight, openness and creative reflection.
After the soundbath, there will be a moment to notice what has shifted: in the body, in the mood, in the quality of your thoughts, and in your relationship to the theme you brought into the session.
This is not counselling or psychotherapy.
It is a sound-based reflective practice that uses frequency, vibration and deep listening to support inner awareness, rest and personal insight.

All Soundbaths take place at
NādaKalā STUDIO
NādaKalā is a name I coined from two Sanskrit words: nāda, meaning sound or vibration, and kalā, meaning art, creative skill or aesthetic practice. For me, it gives form to a personal vision: sound as a threshold into visual art, imagination and inner transformation.
At NādaKalā, sound is not separate from visual art. It becomes the first layer of the creative process: a way to quieten the rational mind, settle the body, and open a more intuitive space before painting, drawing or mark-making begins.
Through vibration, frequency and deep listening, participants are invited to access inner imagery, intuition and unconscious material, allowing the visual process to emerge with greater freedom.
