Purchasing

How is my payment handled? 
Payments are taken through via Secure Payment Wix Payment and via PayPal in British Pounds Sterling.
If you choose Paypal, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase, you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 1 day for small orders and 4-5 working days for bespoke and bigger orders.
Within the UK I send your order by Royal Mail or courier depending on size and weight. All shipments are tracked.
Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

Can you frame paintings and prints?
Yes I can. Drop me a message with your email and telephone number via the 
contact page to discuss your needs.

Can I collect the artwork from yours studio? 
Of course! You are more than welcome! Check the address of my studio on my contact page.

Drop me a message via the contact page to arrange appointment for pickup.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country.
Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs cover packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Returns

Can a painting, print or silk scarf be returned?

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect.  

 

I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days, are unused and are in the original packaging (unless the packaging in which the items should be packed is damaged in a manner that will ensure the items are safely shipped back to me).  Prior to returning any items, I request that you contact me so that we can discuss any issues with you. You should also take pictures of all the damages to the received item and send them to me.

Please note that I do not accept liability for shipping loss of returned goods. 

Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card which you used to purchase the items.
